Giving famous and forgotten music new style

Meet the management Team:
Roz Trubger - Music Archaeologist, Arranger
Colin Hind
Roz (B.Mus Cert.Ed) has
made a particular study of forgotten composers since stumbling across the music of Halfdan Kjerulf in 1999. In such early days of the internet most of the research had to be done on foot so Roz spent a considerable amount of time travelling to libraries around Europe. In 2006 she was in Rome (Italy) for several weeks reconstructing and editing the Symphony no.2 by Giovanni Sgambati which was to be the first In 2008 Roz was invited by the BBC to London to take part in the BBC Proms introduction to the music of Ethel Smyth. The same summer saw her in Germany where the new
Trübcher edition of the Vogelkantate was used in a performance to celebrate Johanna Kinkel's life and music. More research trips and performances followed.  Current projects involve music by the forgotten composers Kjerulf, Sgambati, Mayer, Le Beau and Rootham.

Colin Hind - Print Room Manager, Sales Adviser
Colin Hind
Colin had considerable managerial experience before joining Trübcher including several years managing a country hotel. His understanding of machinery, patient approach to problems and affable Glaswegian sense of humour have proved invaluable to the business. Colin is using his expertise in hospitality and his experience teaching English to foreign students to develop ideas for residential music courses about Forgotten Composers.

Cat Diamond
- Single Reed expert, Graphics adviser
Cat Diamond
Cat (CELTA) is a saxophonist and currently a pupil of Carl Raven. In 2010 she was soloist in the UK premiere of Aria & Allegro for Soprano Saxophone and wind band  by Greg Pascuzzi.  She also plays flute and enjoys testing-driving the new A-Lister publications. Cat finds that advising us on the graphic aspects of this business provides a pleasant contrast to her other work writing papers on neuroscience.  Cat is looking forward to having time to complete her set of Tango pieces for saxophone which will be published by us.

Mike Diment
- Overseas and Technical Adviser
Cat Diamond
Mike is based in New Zealand and looks after the Southern hemisphere base of our operations. Born in the UK, he has adapted to the new climate very easily and even speaks with a Kiwi accent now. His background in engineering has been a great help to the business.
